If I would receive this kind of structure at each place where I worked as a BDR, that would help me to ramp up faster & get way more meetings booked. IMHO ;)
Once you proceed, you'll receive a framework that you can tailor to your product/service/region, etc. The prep work is needed, but It will be worth it.
Regarding Cold Call steps, I have it as it works for my industry and the EMEA market. Not every time and not with every prospect, but it works ;)
However, it might be different for you. Either way happy to discuss it and brainstorm on the structure to replace cold calls.
